SUPPORT POLICIES

Please Read!!! - IPTV service is not cable or satellite TV.  It uses the public internet for streaming.  You will have outages from time to time.  It will buffer sometimes. Before contacting support, run a speed test.  If you do not have 10MB download, then it it your internet and there is nothing we can do about that.

The first thing you need to do before contacting us is to reboot your router by unplugging it for 1 minute. While doing that keep your streaming device unplugged.  Once your internet is working again, plug your streaming device back in and try to stream.  If that does not work, please let us know.  That fixes 99% of the problems.

Remote Support Option

We provide remote support for Android devices through Team Viewer's Quick Support App that we ask you to install on the boxes. If you have any technical problems with the set up, you can email support and we can schedule a session where we will remote into the device with your approval and set up or fix any issues that you encounter.

Orders

Online orders are processed on a first come first serve basis. Please allow up to 24 hours for the order to be processed and shipped. IPTV subscriptions are a manual provisioning process. We will set them up as soon as we can.  The customer will receive an email with the instructions.

Returns/Warranty

30 day money back guarantee on Android devices. Please contact support to receive an RMA (Return of Material Authorization) number. Once an RMA has been issued, please add that number to your shipping label and send it back to us.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1 day. 

* No refunds for the IPTV Services if you are within 30 days of expiration

** If provider goes out of business or shuts down their service, we will make best efforts to move your service to a different provider.  However, if we cannot find a suitable replacement, you will receive a refund for the balance of your open 3 month or less subscription.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@nuevodynamics.com

Shipping

Our products are shipped within 24 Hours using the following carriers: DHL and USPS.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
